Thanks for using Regit! In these terms of service ("Terms"), “we”, “us”, “our” or “REGIT” means Regit Pte. Ltd. These Terms cover your use of and access to our services, client software and websites ("Services") provided to you as an individual user of the Regit platform.
The Regit platform is a communication platform for you to organize and exchange your personal information with other users and organisations (including businesses) you authorise. Any personal information stored on the platform is fully at your discretion. Regit does not require you to provide any more information than necessary to create your platform user account. Any additional information stored and shared on the platform is with your explicit consent. Regit does not sell your personal information.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, process, manage and protect your personal information generally when using our Services. By using our Services, you're agreeing to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify all or any of these Terms at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these Terms were last revised. We will also notify you, either through the Regit platform, in an email notification or through other reasonable means.
You are required to register with Regit in order to access and use our Services. You agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as required by the registration form on our platform. Registration data and certain other information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Regit platform’s Vault Services are designed to securely store your personal information, including but not limited to, your name, phone number, address, email, as well as provide you safe access to the information. We do not have any right to your information save for all necessary rights which enable us to offer the Services, including sharing your information to other users and organisations you authorise. We strictly do not sell your information.
You agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information on the platform for the purpose of using the Services and for any dealing with any other user or organisation. We shall not be held responsible for any claims, losses, damages, penalties, liabilities, and costs, of any kind or nature, arising from your failure to provide true, accurate, current and complete information.
The Regit platform’s Delegation Service is designed to additionally facilitate information collaboration and sharing amongst other authorised users in your trusted network (e.g. family members). You may control your information in your Vault, and set permissions for sharing all or any such information to an authorised user (a delegatee) through the Delegation Service.
Depending on the settings you specify, you will have varying degrees of control over your information vis-à-vis the delegatee. You may authorise a delegatee to share some or any of your personal information with any other user or organisation. You may also authorise a delegatee to view, edit or search some or any of your personal information. You may also authorise a delegatee to register for events or other activities with other users or organisations on your behalf.
By so authorising a delegatee, you agree that you have given us consent to disclose or otherwise deal with your information vis-à-vis the delegatee, any user or any organisation registered on the Regit platform in accordance with the settings you specify, on the delegatee’s request, for any purpose in the delegatee’s discretion. We recommend you regularly review your delegatees’ access rights.
If you are a delegatee, you agree to only access, edit, use or disclose any such information, and use the Services, for the purposes which your delegator has authorised and given you consent to. You are not allowed to sell that information. If you do not want such a responsibility, you should deny, cancel, and/or inform the delegator.
The Regit platform’s integrated communication allows you to use and disclose your information with the users and organisations you trust. We make it easy for you to share, update, and even rescind your information where applicable.
Any information to be disclosed by you through any platform interaction must be consented to by you. By accepting the interaction, you are deemed to have given explicit consent to disclose the relevant information to the relevant user or organisation for the purpose set out in that interaction.
Some interactions, including but not limited to the handshake function, allow you to disclose the relevant information for any purpose of the other party in its discretion. If you accept such interactions, you are deemed to have given explicit consent to disclose the relevant information to the relevant user or organisation for any purpose in that party’s discretion. You may pause or terminate any interaction at any time, and thereby withdraw your consent to disclose your information to the relevant user or organisation. The other user or organisation may also pause or terminate such interaction with you at any time. We cannot warrant or guarantee that you may always make available any such information provided to any other user or organisation.
